Few quid to spend on cpu heatsink

Hi,

I'm looking to spend bit of money on a better (air) cooler as i'm getting high temps and unstable overclock with existing, relevent specs below. Will get measuring tape out tonight if necessary. Any recommendations?

Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz
Asus P8Z68-V Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard 1
Cooler Master CM-690 II Lite Dominator Case

£30 i'd go Coolermaster 612S

£50-60 K2 or PH-14

The latter, was looking at Noctua NH-D14 as i know it will fit the case, not sure about ram though.

It'll be fine with the ram
