Also another question,

Does the Premium ship with the official HDMI cable with the AV converter?

ie both cables on this site:

I know the kit can be brought seperatly but don't want to buy it and an xbox and find its already got it

No. Only the Elite comes with that HDMI cable and audio adapter.

If you crack the case on the huge av adaptor on the back you can fit both the hdmi and the av cable, then you can run the audio from the av optical cable to your amp and the hdmi to the telly.

To be hones the offical HDMI AV Cable pack thing isn't that expensive im not overly bothered but thanks for the heads up
