FFDShow+ TheatreTek Help needed

I am using these 2 programs to upscale my dvds as i have my pc connected to my LG 32LX2R. I have followed the guide that everyone recommends and the problem i have is the resizing.

If i set the dvd to resize at anything higher than 720x576 then this results in the image being displayed in a window in the centre of the screen even if i set the resize to 1360x768.

Anybody got any ideas on what could be wrong in the settings?

I have the exact same problem, only its on a LCD 19" PC monitor, 1280 x 1024 resoultion im trying to get.

have you checked the "keep aspect ratio" in ffdshow?

I have set that option as you have said but the problem still persists, so im just :confused:

hi i have just finished setting mine up i too had this problem but got it sorted eventually here is a screeny of how mine is done the resize numbers are the resolution of my 32" samsung

edit also if you are doing it as a second monitor theater tek has real problems i find it easier to switch between monitors completely staying with a single display at any one time

Thx for this, i have the same setup as tomwalker bizarrely! The quality difference as per my earlier FFDShow post is amazing. I compared Heat on TT and then though my Sony DVD which looked like a VHS in comparison.
