Just bought Left 4 Dead from them. It arrived, not shrink wrapped, with a sticker on the back with... something written on, not a clue what, and just a Game security thingy stuck over the front to keep it closed.
Opened up the case, the quick reference sheet has obviously been folded in half, no manual (Not sure if it comes with one).
And the key has already been activated.
FML.
