Looking to update the stereo in my wife's Fiat Tipo. It's a 2020 plate and came with very standard stereo. What's the best option for adding a touch screen with android auto?

Do you have a location to mount a touch screen elsewhere still within reach - which then connects via an aux-in for sound ? (pretty sure raymond made such an adaption in his volvo)
that may give you a better quality/value device , even if mounted such that it obscures part of existing screen.
(along the lines of https://bavarian-automotive.co.uk/products/10-25-portable-carplay-android-auto-universal-screen - bigger screen too making it more visible for nav etc)
