Fibre broadband was available the other week, now isn't

Hi all

I'm moving house at the end of the month and I checked to see if the property could get fibre broadband on both the BT and TalkTalk website. Both reported that fibre was available. However, I've checked again today and both are reporting that fibre isn't available to the property. I know for sure that the cabinet in the area has been upgraded as there's a new cabinet been installed with a sticker saying 'fibre is now available' and the previous checks I did would seem to indicate this.

Does anyone know why it would suddenly show as not available? I can't imagine it has anything to do with being oversubscribed as it's only a village of 1500.

where is it? ours here went live in october and the sticker went on the cabinet last month, there are 4 cabinets near me. The rest of the cabinets for Ryton exchange have not gone live, dslchecker on the address and postcode works better than postcode alone as its states its not available despite it being here.

I can't believe it in a village of 1500!

Also, I've checked again and the BT Infinity site says fibre broadband should be available to order from the end of March 2015. Maybe they've stopped taking orders for some reason?

Heddon should be still empty! google dslchecker and put in the details as that seems odd that capacity is at max. I was trying to think where the fibre cabinet is there, must be near the shops as my mother lives near the Swan and I can remember seeing one.

The cabinet is on the corner of Heddon Banks and Trajan Walk.

I get this on the DSL Checker site..
