Fibre cement cladding in Scotland??

Hi all,

Looking for someone to replace the really old timber cladding on our house and I'm drawn to fibre cement (eg Hardie board, cedral click etc) given its long, long lifespan and low maintenance.

Are there any forum members who know of firms that would fit in Scotland?

Scotland's a relatively large area. Might want to narrow it down a bit to an area close to where you want it installed. We've specified Hardie board and Marley Cedral in a few jobs and its been down to whichever contractor got the job to fit it. It's not a specialist job as such cos they've got an installation download on their website so anyone competent can fit it providing they can follow the instructions.

Ta Derek - yes, we're central belt I guess (Fife/Perthshire), just been surprised at how many roofline/installers will say they install UPVC and wood, but not marley/hardie - hence question (seems pretty much the same to me!)
