Fibre Problem

We have a client who has a fibre link of ~200m. Recently the little network of this fibre has started to run slow, with loads of packet loss. So we thought faulty equipment, changed everything, same problem.

Had the cable checked but no faults found!

Any bright ideas?

if all changed and isolated and checked then i would think hasnt been checked correctly

I'd look at any media convertors very closely, I'd also be interested how you got the cable checked, only big cabling companies have the kit to do it right.

Cheers for your help guys. Seems the engineer rang to say there wasnt a fault on the line, before finishing the test!

There is a break on both pairs.
