Fibre Router Required... Help

Hello,

I am looking for a new router for my 80mb plusnet. It must have very good wifi (plusnet hubs not great), able to VPN in and price around £130 ish.

What are the netgear nighthawks like? or is ASUS the way forward?

Are you currently using the BT white bridge box or the all in one Plusnet hub?

using plusnet hub. I have the openreach modem which I believe I may need to use again.

What flavour of VPN do you want? I assume you're after a router that'll act as an endpoint?

Keeping the Openreach modem potentially gives you a wider choice of routers.

There are an increasing number of routers with the VDSL modem built-in if a single box solution is important top you.
