Fibre router with inbound filter

Hi

I'm after a FTTC router which will allow me to lock down RDP, SMTP etc access to just a few specific external IP addresses. Needs to be wireless also and hoping to spend less than a £100 if possible. Any suggestions?

Would I need a separate modem with the Mikrotik and Edgerouter as it looks like they both only have Ethernet ports?
