This looks like a pretty new outfit, reselling TalkTalk I think.

Anyone had any experience? Avoid, and just stick to one of the big boys?

Thread revival. I’d be interested in this as I want to get away from my VM contracts, so it’s either this company or Vodafone?

Anyone had/has experience with either in terms of speed, reliability and CS?

"They are not compliant with OneTouch Switching and not onboarded (something we have made OFCOM Enforcement team aware of), but they are telling customers they will handle it all (they don't) leaving customers asking why we are still billing (we have never had a switching request).

Likewise, their claiming to be operating under company number is 08027502, but this is a company who has recently filed Dormant Company Accounts.

They also don't appear to be a member of an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme, as required to operate within the industry."

Barge pole comes to mind. Fibrely or Vodafone are not your only options for internet.

Thanks for that.

Aside from VM, Vodafone is the only one I can find through open reach offering 1g speeds at half the price VM offers. Unfortunately CF are not in my area yet so not holding out on them.

If cost is the factor you need to weigh up if the Gig speeds are really worth it. You should look at the 500 Mbps packages from other suppliers for a better service but if you really must have 900 then I guess Vodafone is somewhat ok. Just don't expect good latency.
