I have a copy but it doesnt say in there exactly "front heated screen" but does have "Climate pack" which includes it as standard.

It was from a leasing company, they sell on their old cars when they get new ones.

You're in the right, they will have to rectify and if they don't you can reject the car.

If it has the button and you're hearing a click then the car would have come with the heated screen as standard.

I'd bet money on it being that the screen was replaced at some point but the replacement company didn't supply a heated screen. I've known two people who this has happened to.

Thanks for all your help guys, spoke to the garage today, they want to see the car again to clarify its definatly not got a heated screen and they are going to pay to have one fitted
