Fiesta the way to go?

I'm looking for a cheap to run car that will last a long time and won't look too old a few years down the line. Something like this perhaps...

On the other hand you do seem to get a lot for your money with the Vauxhall Corsa at the moment...

I'm hoping not to spend much more than 4.5k if possible.

Any suggestions or things to look out for?

That colour is awful.

£4.5k, you could get a MK6 Zetec S, nice looking cars. Sure there is a few of the newer shapes in your budget, no doubt they are mostly ex-learner cars etc.
