fifa 12 Firewall help

hi all i have got fifa12 for pc and the menu says the firewall is moderate but i have no firewalls on also my ruter has dmz off and nat open how do i get round this

I have the same problem and I've never been able to fix it. I seem to be able to play fine though, so it's not been too much of a problem.

Well i seem to be able to play relativley ok but can take some time to find a player online head to head, keeps saying connection lost to player, i take it this is because of fifa crap search system or is it because of the firewall status tis very flustrating because i know i have no firewall systems so the game is useing something else

Do you use a router (BT Hub, Virgin Hub or other)? If so then you have a firewall (Well in Fifa's eyes anyway)

NAT (Network address translation which allows multiple devices to get on-line/outside of your local LAN at once can cause issues with games.

One external IP > Multiple internal IP's... The router has to know what traffic on specific ports goes where...

Wont spend much more time on this till you confirm if you have a router or not.
You will have to forward the ports on the router to the IP of your PC... best making PC a static address also but not Required..just make it future proof if you ever get issued a new address by the router or power cut etc.

If you know all this then forgive me for "teaching my granny" and all that...
