thats twice today I've been caught out LMAO
 
Played a few games now and it looks so much better than it does on console or at least from what I can remember from when I had my Xbox.

Got a small problem though, I keep getting disconnected from EA servers when trying to play UT or online. I've tried seaching for a fix but just keep coming across people whinging and not any fixes. I saw one thread that said I needed specific ports open but having done that did not seem to sort the problem. I've got a sky NetGear router. Any ideas Obix or any other OCukers?

Is your Nat listed as moderate or strict when you boot up the game in the menu's ?

Mine is set on moderate and on the odd occasion the only network issues I face are matches getting out of sync.

Not had any of the issue's you've experienced which makes me think it is a port issue.
 
I will check my NAT this eve/tomorrow, pretty sure it will be open as I've not had any problems with other games connecting to servers and never drop connection when playing BF3, SW:TOR or DayZ.

It's so frustrating! I just can't get a full match in without being disconnected from the EA servers.
