Fifa 13 Help

Hi all, I downloaded the game, installed fine I just can't get online at all, I have tried opening all the ports, it just says EA servers are unavailable, please try later.

EA live chat are being no help, fifa 12 works fine, can anyone help me work this out? Been trying for 2 days, ive closed restarted the game atleast 100 times, restarted my router etc etc.

Seems to be a problem my end some how.

I have the disc version and it is doing the same thing to me BUT before the installation ??
I appreciate your help 'linwelin' but it is ridiculous to follow what that site says for one game :/ EA are a joke!

Walkerie if you go to
Origin>Redeem product code ... does it give you the same message?

I had a problem when i first installed fifa 13, ended up i had to reinstall origin to fix my online problem, have u tried that ?
