Fifa 13 multiplayer 2 player question

Hi , am stuck going around the houses , i cant get to grips properly with the menu system , and or perhaps its not possible .
me and me son have lots of fun playing two players on one team , switching the ball between ourselves against PC controlled teams .
Thing is can both of us play multiplayer online against another team or individual , am i overlooking something in the menu"s ?

I play on the 360 and there is definitely a guest option for playing online against others, as well the the clubs system. I can't help as far as how to do it but it's defo there.

On the Xbox you just press Y (or something similar) when selecting a team, or maybe it's after you've found an opponent, can't remember exactly.

Not sure about PC. Go into "seasons" and head towards playing a game, looking for the indication to add guest whenever it pops up.

you could do it on 12 so I'm sure you can in 13, I done 3v1 online with two mates round mine.
