I have a second hand Xbox and just got a year of Xbox live so i can play Fifa online. As soon as i started the game up once connected to the internet it asked me about an Origin account and had an email there i'd never seen before. It wouldn't let me change anything without supplying the current password. I've had a look online and see quite a few people with this issue but can't see any way of getting round it.
I tried contacting EA through their live chat, they asked for my Gamertag and associated email but said they didn't match when i provided them even though i know 100% they are right. Do they even have access to those details from Microsoft?
Anyone else had this issue / know how to resolve it?
