Fifa 13 Problem Please Help

I have a really good gaming computer
been playing fifa 13 all on high settings everything
But today since ive been playing
The games aint laggy but its like theres tearing in the gameplay its all shuttery
Its hard to explain but whys this all of a sudden happaning


have 60 mb connection (WIRED)
amd 7970 graphics card
Spent Grand on computer so its not that
Have a programme that updates all my drivers
and there all up to date
so i dont no how to fix

But i like to have as many FPS running as possible
i dont have to use v sync for any game and i never have for fifa its just today its gone **** up lol

Ive uninstaleld it and reinstalling atm
if that dont work i shall try the thing you posted
