Fifa 13 Stuttering

Hey guys, I upgraded a month or two back from a nVidia card to a ATI one and ever since I have been getting stutters in Fifa 13 during gameplay. Although when I run fraps it doesn't show any dramatic loss (usually 1 fps) in FPS during gameplay and mostly runs at 60fps.

Any suggestions?

Specs : i5-2320 @ 3GHZ
8GBS Ram
2GB 7850

I had the same problem on my 7870 switched to a 680 and haven't had any stutter in any game since.

Fifa is the only game I get it on, every other game runs fine

Turn off windows aero theme in fifa options...that fixed it for me.

Have you limited the fps and using v-sync?

I had stuttering and that seemed to fix it well...

Fifa 12 had the same problems with AMD cards, in fact it had a stuttering option in the settings to stop it. With Fifa 12 I used D3doverdier and forced v-sync and triple buffering with that and never had an issue since. So this may work with 13 as well.

Yeah, I limited it to 60 and v-sync has always been on.
