Fifa 15 pc please help??

Me and my m8 just got fifa 15 on pc through origin, but we are having difficulty playing each other online because whoever is the invited person, their xbox 360 pad doesn't seem to respond to be able to pick a team or play.
After quitting the game and trying loads of times it has work and when it starts working we can play as many times as we like with no problems, but sometimes we just can't get it to work at all to start with. Is this a bug or are we doing something stupidly wrong? coz its really annoying.

For both of us if we choose to play a random person online it all works fine.

If anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated

Have you tried inviting someone else for a game? Certainly sounds like a weird issue, maybe try reinstalling the controller software?

the controllers work fine, drivers for them both was the first thing I did..... its only when we play each other and would probably do it against anyone we invited, and its only the invited player to the game who's controller wont work. no matter who invites who. Like I say when it does finally work after many attempts it works fine the whole time till the next day. some days it wont have it at all and we give up.
It's just really annoying when it could be really good fun game.

Try right clicking on the game in Origin then choose "Repair Game"

tried that didn't work.

I think the game must just have a bug in it that makes this happen. Ea crap as always
