even as a casual lurker, i remember threads for each group in years gone by. i think the number of posts justifies it.

James Rodriguez starts for Colombia this afternoon. Martinez, Ramos and Bacca are all on the bench.
 
Bloody commentators ar being so unfair to Greece. Bang on before the game starts about parking the bus and keep mentioning it even though they have actually looked quite bright!... An example of them saying something and just sticking to it no matter the evidence.

Yeah if they keep playing like this I wouldn't grudge them picking up some points from the game.
 
I'm not sure what Gutierrez brings to this Colombia team. He doesn't look particularly quick or strong, and he isn't prolific either. Hopefully we'll see Martinez or Bacca in the second half. One more goal should put this game to bed.
 
They'd be pretty potent this Columbia side if Falcao was fit. Shame. Should get Jackson on though, wanna see what he's like on the world stage.
