FIFA World Cup squad update

I've tried to download the squad update in the edit teams section but it hasnt updated much of anything that I can see!?!? Am I doing something wrong?

I'd like to have a go with England with the correct 23 man squad but I cant even pick it myself as some arent listed!?!?! :confused:

Any ideas??
