I've seen that this game is now backwards compatible on xbox one and that Windows 10 is due an upgrade in April which might allow xbox games to be played on pc. Just wondering how likely it might be that this game might be playable on pc once that happens? I miss this game. I havent played it in years since my ps3 went wrong. I would love to be able to play it on my Pc.

would love this and ufc on pc. am surprised ea hasn't made a new one and cashed in on joshua etc.

Microsoft first party titles only though? or 3rd party free for all.

I think I got all excited once before when I thought I could stream EA sports titles to my PC from the XBOX1, only to be dashed when It was MS titles only. That became less relevant when most if not all the games got Windows releases anyway.

If not then welcome back NHL, the one flatscreen game I would have no problem jumping on.

I’ve been waiting for years to have a boxing/ufc game for my pc! I got the ea game subscriition for the Xbox one and noticed fight night champion and ufc3 on there so making do with that when I’m at home.
Did read somewhere ufc3 for pc in the near future?

I was reading an article last night after seeing this thread and EA sports are saying there isn’t enough interest to publish such games, Even though there has been a petition with 12000 people signing I’m sure more than that would actually purchase though!

Fight night champion on the PC that would be a contender. Great in-game fighters Tyson, Ali, Foreman and Joe Frazier my favorite.

With upgraded graphics and and better mechanics for getting up from knockdowns would be perfect!

I downloaded real boxing I think it’s called I wasn’t very impressed so uninstalled,

I’ve been looking around and you can download an Xbox 360 emulator and play it on pc but not sure of the ins and outs/legality of it though?

It does seem odd that they've not cashed in on the resurgent interest in boxing again over the last few years.

I put lot of time into fight night champion and would love to see a sequel, or at least a port. I believe that it's included as part of the EA access monthly sub, but only on xbox one, so you get a HD upscaled version there if you have xbox.

I had a lot of fun revisiting fight night round 2 & 3 not so long ago. They obviously look a little dated now but the gameplay still holds up, especially doing the career mode. They're nice and easy to get set up and run in 4k if you read around ;)

Well if you're big in to your boxing these days, then VR is really where it's at. While we lack the total solution of a fight night, Creed is an really polished game with intuitive fight mechanics that are paced just right for the average joe to enjoy.

Granted it's a different type of product, your actually doing the 'thing' rather than looking at a screen pressing a button, but boxing in VR is totally the one on one experience you expect it to be. Of course as much as id be wishing EA to throw their hat in to the ring and give us a fight night VR, it won't happen any time soon as they're all about product these days and returns. Largely I imagine why they ignore boxing in favour of the UFC, it's where the biggest market is for them. Granted boxing is still a ever capturing fantasy we have with the big fights, but it's become more of an event thing, not the cultural thing that the UFC is, that happens to be a marketable product aimed at what is EA's age demographic for it's games.

I apologise for laying it on thick, but you were thinking the same thing when I mentioned VR:)
