Game plays nice & smooth, Punches have been improved although a little more work on impact is needed.
I've been spoilt by UFC & just want to high kick the ******, It's a keeper for sure though & there's plenty of hours in it for me.

Initial summary would be if you have UFC then wait for FN4 to drop in price.

Excellent game, although it's taking time to perfect. Only had two matches, lost the first as Tyson (Lewis KO'ed me

) and won another match against Barrera with good old Pacman! I knocked him down early on then he came into it towards the end and whooped me knocking me down twice, I just about got up on the second knockdown in round 9 and won on points! So tense! Can someone tell me how the diffuclty works? ie What is the lowest>highest as it just says "Pro" etc and doesn't seem to indicate which is which!

Thanks mate, I suspect getting the achievement to knock someone out in the first round will need to be done on amateur.

I have had 1 game online, Tyson vs Foreman, Foreman knocked me down twice in the first round from a series of rapid jabs or straights, couldn't get up the 2nd time

edit - I take it constant jabs is the way to win online, every fight i've been beaten like this so far!

Damn I missed the scam

Code has expired. Zico was the master if this a few years ago. Pre-ordering to get to a certain amount to activate a code then cancelling the other orders.

I can't believe the store keeps falling for it.

Is it me or do the fighters feel like articulated robots? Their body movements feel almost mechanical compared to FN3.

Really dissapointed in this tbh, this is coming from someone who couldnt get enough of FNR3. It all feels too fast and un-natural, even so the movement looks more natural than FNR3 if that makes sense.

Ive had about 7 fights and am just not enjoying it. Theyve focused far too much on counter-punching IMO. Legacy mode is overly complex in its appearance. My thumb also got sick of the rigorous movements too!

Ive just listed for sale on a well know auction site.

I got my butt kicked twice on live, I just can't seem to knock anyone down, even tough I am clearly landing specials/jabs/haymakers constantly. I was in the championship mode using my created boxer though so that might have something to do with it. I still think it's better than FN3 so far.

Agreed in every way.

I've had a total of 7 fights in legacy too and find it just overly complex. The fight calendar and arranging fights I find just pointless. Fighter movement as I mentioned earlier is mechanized and isn't as fluid as FN3. Almost all of my 7 fights ended up in what I would call 'JABFEST' where me and my opponent just trade lightening fast jabs for minutes on end before I slip in a haymaker. It just feels less tactical than FN3.

After 3 fights my left thumb is shot to hell and I find myself just purposely wiggling the right stick whilst my boxer stands still. It works well, which is just daft.

From what I saw of one of the training modes, I wasn't too impressed either.

Guess I need to obviously give it more time, but I'll keep making comparisons against FN3, which is my second most played 360 title.

Been playing the legacy mode with iron mike..very much enjoying it..this one you have to be more tactical than round 3
