Fighters ears?

is it just because they get punched in the side of the head a lot?
Yup. Just like rugby players get them from scrums, rucks and mauls.

Well, thats what they say. They're actually rubbing the sides of their faces on other men's bums.

It's so they don't have to ask "Did you just call my pint a *******?"
They can hear an innuendo drop at 500 paces! ;)

Not that they'd know what to do with it - they'd probably try CPR and the kiss of life :D

It's called cauliflour ear, many fighters and rugby players have it, it is caused by getting hit in the ear repeatedly and hard, and somet to do with blood clotting in the ear.
