Speaking to a mate of mine, he told me he had gotten in trouble a few days ago by running a redlight. He admits to it but also told me the circumstaces which seem a bit messed up to me. Basically its a pedestrian crossing somewhere in Camden according to him, one set on his right did not work and the other set on his left was covered by tree branches, so he did'nt even realise there was a light there as it was about 11pm and since the visible set did not work it was'nt really obvious. His only clue was the two bright flashes . My question is, if and when he gets the NIP, would it reflect his perspective of the lights? and if it does do you think he has a case, or is it cut and dry that he ran it and thus was guilty?
TIA!
