fiio k5 pro mic passthrough

Looking to buy the Corsair Virtuoso XT High Fidelity, currently using HD 560's but want a headset with a mic.

Will the k5 allow the mic signal to pass through?

I'm a Fiio K5 Pro owner and whilst I'm not entirely certain a look at Google and Reddit suggests the K5 has no mic input at all.

I think you're looking at something like a SoundblasterX G6 with mic input.

Yeah, I think I'll just opt for a clip on mic and keep my existing setup.

I have the HD560s and obtained a 2.5mm boom mic (like the Vmoda Boom Pro) which turns the 560s into a headset. Thought that might help (although still need a mic input on the amp/dac!)
