File Io Error. Help

Have been getting this error on my Laptop all day. can anybody help.

It seems to fold 1% and then, File Io Error. It then stops the core and downloads a new one. The pattern then repeats its self.

sounds exactly like when it gets short of disk space to me - though that sounds unlikely

you could try deleting the core, work folder, and queue.dat file then start the client and it'll download fresh copies

Yeah, it is possible some of those have become corrupted somehow. Usually problems with F@H can be sorted by doing what Rich says there.
