file location help

need some help chaps, i unsynced some apps on my iPad that had a lot of pdfs and cbr files (magazines and comics) about a week ago, now heres the tricky bit i can't find them on my mac to put them back on, as am not sure were they are stored i have a time machine that am hoping should :confused:

the apps in question are goodreader and cloudreader

Do you have an iTunes backup of the iOS device before the apps got deleted?

should be one on the time machine as it goes back june before i updated to lion just don't no the location of the files
