Sort of an odd topic - I know.
Basically I want a program that can scan files and folders and then if the contents change I'd like an e-mail warning me of this.
Doesn't have to be free though I would like a demo first if possible.
Tool has to be able to run to a schedule as well (though it can be a command line tool).
I was thinking of SFV the files and folders then running a tool against the SFV to tell me if any of the files have changed but didn't know if this was possible.
Any ideas?
