File sizes on VR games

I have just bought the humble bundle VR and all 7 games downloaded within an hour

Which made me wonder what file sizes VR games are these days

why so small ?

Contractors is 22Gb
VTOL is only 680 MB
Into the Radious 8.2 Gb

etc
