file transfer in vista

i am running vista and have installed second 80 gb hard drive for my music,i already have music on my c drive how do i tell vista to transfer all my music to the new g drive and keep all my music on there in the future

is it as easy as dragging and dropping whole music folder on g drive

It could well be.

The sure-fire way of getting it moved and maintaining the profile virtual folder is by right-clicking your Music folder and going to the 'Location' tab. Change this to its new location, and it will offer to move it.
