File Transfer Without Port Forwarding

I have a customer who shares his internet connection with another business, both have completely seperate networks configured with 2 vlans (Cisco 3550) then routed through a Draytek 2930 router.

The problem he has is that the draytek only supports port forwarding to the primary LAN address, that of the other business network.

He needs to get remote access to his files stored on his SBS.

I have had a look at Logmein Pro, but it seems you have to nominate the files you want to allow to transfer and you can't just browse the entire drive like you can with an FTP server.

Does anyone know of any software which will let him do this?

Thanks!

gotomypc lets you browse the remote files from its built in explorer, or drag and drop files from the remote machine to the local one, might be an idea.
