Hi all,
I'm transferring 4GB of files between my laptop (wireless) and desktop (wired) via my 2Wire 2700HGV router. With the transfer in action, my network and internet connections pretty much stop completely, with webpages timing out etc, and it all essentially becomes unusable until the file transfer has completed.
Firstly I want to know why does it do this? Surely routers can handle simple file transfers without practically exploding? And then, how do I fix this?
