Files Randomly Disapear ?!?

it dosnt happen allot but i download hundreds of files...video files...music files ect ect.

I would sometimes download a Video file....Xvid Mainly....and then after about a week it would disappear, like someone normally deleted it off my computer, no trace of it what so ever, ive had about 10-20 films that have disappeared. over a phew months, may not be allot but still alarms me that they just disappear,

No one uses my computer, at all, apart from me, and can say its virus free. i do registry clean ups, virus scans, and various other scans, so its nothing to do with virus's....maybe its windows problem , i have no idea

anyone else ever had a problem with files disappearing ?

Scan for viruses and run a Chkdsk on your drives.

You have had 10-20 films you have downloaded vanish? Where did you download from and what method did you use? No, I have no problems with files disappearing.

Nah definatly not virus's mate, and im using newsleacher to download them, thats got absolutely nothing to do with the disappearance though, as i said i thought it could be windows problem but if no ones ever had any problem like this then must be just me :/
