Every time i try to download a programe ,ie, cpu-z ,it saves as a adobe reader file,i dont no why,as you can tell im not vry good with this sort of thing,any help would be great thanks

when you next download a program and you choose where to save it check and see if you have inadvertantly set it to save as type PDF file.
that would explain why it is saving as an acrobat reader file. what it wont explain is how it was set to that to begin with

what should happen is when you selecet a file to download it should automatically select
which type of file it is ie application, winrar/winzip for zip file's etc
how if it has managed to get stuck on adobe acrobat file i do not know it would possibly suggest the presence of a virus or trojan
