I'm in the process of building a fileserver for all of my media using a combination of existing and new parts.

Athlon 64 3500+ Skt 939
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
4 GB DDR PC3200 (4 x 1GB sticks)
ATI Radeon X600 gfx (passive)
1 DVD-Rom
1 PCI SATA controller
1 PCI IDE controller
12 HDD (IDE & SATA)
My question is, which PSU should I purchase? The PSU will need to be very quiet and comes with a good warranty. Bear in mind the case is a full server tower case, cable lengths from the PSU will need to be long. The server will not be on 24/7 as I'll be using WOL (wake on lan).
