FileVault 2 and AD accounts

Hi

I doubt that there a way of encypting a laptop using filevault2 and allowing all AD users to that may or may not have logged into the machine before?

is it possible to setup an initial login account and password that boots the user into the login page where they can enter their ad user name and password?
