The only reason that I have the word build in quotation marks is because what I'm doing is using a pre-built system with an off the shelf motherboard (which I got as a refurbished system and only for £80 which would have only gotten me the motherboard and processor if I'd purchased the components separately), and use that as the basis for two computers but considering the limitations of the motherboard I decided to eventually turn it into an under the TV system which will do some low end gaming and console emulation.

I've figured out most of what I'm changing or adding, but I haven't decided on either the case or the power supply (the current case has damage that doesn't make it usable and the look of it isn't that good, and the the current power supply has a maximum rating of 250W which isn't going to be able to supply enough power for the graphics card I'm planning on getting) and the latter needs to be fleshed out before December which is when I'll be getting the graphics card.

This is how it'll be with a majority of its upgrade parts in place...

Asus H81M-K
Intel Celeron G1820 (will be upgraded to either a pentium or core i3 processor before it's put in its final place)
8GB Kingston HyperX Fury Blue DDR3 1600Mhz (before anyone asks, it came with 2GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM, so I'm sticking with the same speed even though it'll be underclocked until I change the processor)
Crucial MX300 275GB SSD
3TB Seagate barracuda (compute guardian series) HDD
HIS Radeon RX460 OC 2GB

I don't want to be spending too much on the case and PSU, but the latter must either be modular or semi modular and the case can at least be a standard mATX, but can only be a maximum of 380mm tall with no power, reset or USB connections on the top or sides (one of the shelves has the height for a standard mATX case, but not one that has extra height to add water cooling lines).
