Filling out PDF form

Does anyone know of any free software I could use to fill out a PDF form i.e. just add some text to an existing PDF. I've done it in the past so I know it's possible but I can't remember the name of the software.

Adobe Reader lets you fill in PDF forms.

Mine doesn’t, apparently it might be locked for edit :confused:

It says "only available when document right are enabled".

I've found the software on my work PC. It's called Foxit Reader. Not the best software ever made but free and dose the job.
