i want to put some holes in my acrylic case to fit some fillports in to connect some hard tube up, can someone point me in the right direction to the best drill bit to do this, i think i need a 25mm bit ive got that bit, but just need the advice if someone has fitted this also to point out what they used, and to which is easier.:D

By far the easiest way is to use a step drill. It's what I use to drill holes in cases and does a good job. As you are going to drill acrylic, don't put too much pressure on it or you may crack the acrylic.

i would also mask up the area that your going to drill that way you can mark excatly where the hole will be with the exact size you need and will also help keep the area clean don't want those little bits of acrlic scratching you nice case

Yes, good advice. Always put a bit of masking tape over and around the area you are going to drill. It would be good to put something like a block of wood behind it to take the pressure off the acrylic when you are drilling.
