I've had a problem for a while in which when I try and watch a film on my second monitor while at the same time playing Call of Duty 4, the image will freeze but the audio carries on. But I can play other games which go fullscreen on my first monitor and watch a film on the 2nd. Just seems to be CoD4 I have a problem, but may be others.
