Film price comparison site

Just wondered if there was a film price comparison site for film downloads in the same way as there is for dvd's

For new or recent releases to own, I think you are going to be out of luck. Rental that would depend. I get offers from Google play on Rental titles a few times a year (watch within 30 days & 48hours after start)

Rentals would be good as well, or is it a case of trawling through the individual sites ?

Ideally I want , an all singing&dancing app where you can store a wishlist, and be notified when/where they are available,
which is also indexing freeview and catchup services eg. Film4/channel4/itv

eg. I missed 2016 Noel Clark film Brotherhood , on again, for free film4 earlier this week.
