Filtering Websites

Hi all, i have someone who is using my PC to go on.....yes you know, naughty sites.

Could you reccomend a free easy program that i can use to filter unsuitable sites? It needs to be free and HIDDEN. He knows enough about computers to look though the task bar to turn programs off.

I dont really understand that site

Is there not a program i can download which runs in the background, and i just turn on?

I done that but everysingle site is asking me for a password

Its asking me for a password just to type a reply.
