You could change the CPU cooler to the Noctua NH-U12P and both save a little bit of cash and it is in stock.

Any particular reason you want the Sapphire 4870 X2? The HIS version ought to perform just as well albeit with a 1 year warranty instead of 2 years.
 
I would have said Sapphire, HIS and Powercolour were all pretty established brands on ATI cards. Just save yourself 35 notes and get the HIS one in my opinion :)
 
Gaming mostly (and movies quite a lot)....Spore at first, then Crysis, Mass Effect and eventually Fallout 3 (in that order :)). Also run CPU intensive scripts for Bioinformatics type stuff, so will be useful for that too.

Also planning to overclock the hell out of it!
