Thanks for advice, I'd rather pay extra for the 500mb more memory lol. So the Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache instead of the samsung.

Which is the better mobo out of Foxconn and the ASRock?

Toughie. Foxconn has better features, more reputable name (even ASRock is owned by ASUS and still very good), but it has relatively poor driver support.

ASRock at this price is budget, but support as far as I'm aware is better.

I would go Foxconn (slightly biased as have one myself :p) because of the extra expansion slots, more USB ports (which might not matter based on current SB problems :rolleyes:).
