My only concerns are:

1) Do I need low profile RAM with cooler
2) Is cooler good enough for the 5820. My case is a coolermaster Cocsmos S so I need to keep the height of the cooler below 14.5 cm.

Cheers for any help/advice

Save yourself some money. RAM is £20 cheaper and you really won't notice a difference in performance. Cooler is arguably better = tower coolers tend to perform better than top down designs, especially with good case airflow. You get a £50 saving with the motherboard/CPU bundle and a UK RMA centre with Gigabyte

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £618.06
(includes shipping: £11.10)

Ok, thanks for help. I haven't built a rig for about 6 years so I'm on a bit of a learning curve.
cheers
