Does all this stuff look okay,i've all ready got some ram OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-8500C5 1066MHz SLI-Ready, buying soon.

Just a thought, will you be going SLI or Overclocking, as I would go for an Intel board, ie P45 range or X38?

If you will not be going with Sli at some point then ditch the 780i board for a Intel P45 such as the Asus P5Q pro. Nvidia boards are not very good these days and can be very buggy.

Not sure about the Freezer 7 Pro with a Q6600 especially if you will be clocking it. No doubt someone will be able to give you a proper answer on that.

Also what will this comp be used only for if gamning you will be better of with an E8400

No i'm not going to overclock as i don't see to point, i think i'm gonna to down the SLI road in a few weeks.
All the Review's on the 780 i sound okay, looks like over heating is the only problem.
I'm using a 3.4Ghz Dual core @ the moment i was gonna use that but i'm going to donate this old thing to my nephew.
