Since you have windows x64, I think youll have more benefit getting a cheaper CPU and using the money saved to double the amount of RAM
 
being as you're going 64 bit, get more RAM

and if you're going to game, a Q6600 is only £35 more than that chip chosen there

to save money maybe get a GT or a GTS instead of the GTX

also IP35 is a very good mobo, holds overclocks nice and stabe from what I hear, i don't know much about gigabite and how they compare though.

Someone maybe able to confirm but I think today's coolers/CPU's come with a glob of thermal paste which would save you on the Artic Silver.

A work collegue recently purchased the E6750 and the previous mobo you were considering, Abit and with his 8800GTX plus, 2Gb's of ram he is obviously impressed with the upgrade he made.
The E6750 overclocked to 3.5GHz and if you intend to overclock you could save yourself some further cash by purchasing the E2180 which is popular on here reaching over 3.0GhZ.
